Hello,
I wanted to get this part of the forum going.
My name is Pat I come to NC by way of New York, Florida and then Colorado. I've lived here for a little over 2 years now. I have 4 children (with 2 still at home) and was lucky enough to marry over my head.
I operate the company that is assisting in getting the WeSpeakYankee.com community going and growing.
I also am a Partner in the Business Networking Center www.i-BNC.com which operates as a Private Chamber of Commerce. Our main focus is on Referral Teams and Relationship Marketing.
Lastly, I am a partner of nSiderMedia.com, we develop Local Search Engines and are in the process of launching www.inSide919.com - if you own a business within the 919 area code we'd love to have your site listed in our database. It's free and provides great search results.

Hi Pat,
I have been in NC, from NY for over 10 yrs. I have 3 Children, which only one lives home full time,  yes I am looking at the other end of life LOL. I have a 28 yr old very handsome son, who I am trying to help meet a very nice girl, so if any suggestions, I am willing to listen. My one daughter goes to UNCW, tuff life down at the beach, but is doing very well, and the baby, all of 18 yrs of her, is finishing HS and will be heading to Wake tech, in the fall. My husband and I decided along time ago we wanted a better quality of life and a bigger bang for our buck, hence NC. Years back I would always refer to NY as my home, but I can honestly say 10 yrs +++ this is my home, and NY is a place I love to go and have fun in. |
